Currency and checkout

All product prices and payments use CAD. The payment methods actually supported for an order are the methods displayed on the checkout page. Availability may depend on the order, device and payment provider.

Payment processing and security

Complete card numbers and card security codes are processed by Shopify or the relevant authorized payment provider. Our store does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment providers may perform authentication, authorization and fraud checks before a payment is accepted.

Prices, sales taxes and totals

Product prices, applicable GST, HST, PST, QST or other sales taxes, delivery charges and the final amount shown at checkout follow this store's actual configuration and applicable law. Customers can review the total before placing an order. This policy does not claim that our store is registered for any sales-tax program.

Declined or reversed payments

If a payment is declined, customers should check the entered details or contact their card issuer or payment provider. We may pause or cancel an order where payment cannot be confirmed or a material fraud risk is identified, and will not retain funds that must be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing by our store follows the timing in the Refund Policy; a bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
